Meet The Team

Rachel - Founder of Trust the Paws

Hi, I'm Rachel the founder of Trust the Paws. After being a Buyer in the Fashion Industry for 8 years, I realized I want to make a direct impact on my community. Being a first time pet owner is very overwhelming. What treats are actually healthy for them? What toys actually last long? A lot of other companies just sell products but I wanted to be in control of products I actually believe in.

 Ruby - Chief Treat Tester

Meet Ruby, our Chief Treat Tester. At 12 years old, she’s a seasoned pro who was rescued from an animal shelter. Ruby started as our original Poop Bag tester before being promoted to her current role, where she ensures that our products are not only tasty but also healthy for a senior citizens.

 Pongo - Chief Toy Tester

Then there’s Pongo, our Chief Toy Tester. Rescued from the streets just a few months ago, this one-year-old pup has quickly become an essential part of our team, ensuring that every toy meets our high standards of quality and fun.
